This is a big, bold style of Sauvignon Blanc and unusually for a white wine this pairs beautifully with heart red meat dishes and spicy hard cheeses.
At its core is a smoky, buttery, fudge-like intensity brought on from a lengthy time maturing in oak. The fruit is ripe and intense too.
