WE ARE CLOSED (GOING ON AN ADVENTURE) FOR ALL PRIVATE ORDERS FROM JANUARY 19TH TO 2ND FEBRUARY 2025. ANY ORDERS MADE ON LINE WILL NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL AFTER THE 2ND FEBRUARY.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
At present, Lloyd's Wines Ltd only offers domestic shipping to the United Kingdom.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Returns Info
We believe in all of our wines, and are sure you will love them too, but sometimes deliveries go wrong. You can return wine well packaged for a refund. Please contact us if you have a problem with your wine.

Your card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
