A cool burgundy, not overwhelmed by oak, but subtly supported by the wood.
This wine you have to savour with all your senses, and - most of all - give it time!
In many blind tastings against high-priced reference burgundies from South Tyrol, Germany and Alsace, the Buchner noir always comes out the first to be finished. Quaffable as many say!
