Eloise is matured in Oak for 11 months which gives complexity not found in the other Cairanne wines from this vineyard.
The wine has a deep red/purple colour with fine aromas of black fruit and vanilla. In the mouth you find spice and fine tannins alongside the balck fruits and it has a long finish.
Drink this with game dishes - wild boar, pheasant and red meat.
