30% Syrah/39% Mourvedre/31% Grenache - Hand Picked - Low Yields.
The Mourvedre is aged in oak, giving leathery properties to the silky, spicy Syrah. Rich black fruit and deep colour from the Grenache. Violets on the nose, with a touch of aniseed/liquorice. Drink now or in 8 years, maybe even longer. Fabulous wine.
