The wine shows citrus and pear on the nose. On the palate there is
some nice creaminess and a good weight of fruit, which combined
with the good acid levels easily carries the slightly elevated alcohol
level.
The wine has enough body to pair well with richer dishes such as
chicken with pepper and mustard, mushroom risotto and
sole meunière.
