The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe red fruit (raspberries, currants), wrapped in spicy notes (vanilla, light tan), red liquorice and beautiful nuances of toasted wood.
Aged for 14 months in new barrels and 1 wine, French and American oak medium toast and, later refined in bottle 12 months before his exit to the market.
Perfect with Mediterranean cuisine, fried, grilled vegetables, paella, rice, pasta, fish in tomato sauce, ham and sausages, pates, carpaccio of beef, braised or grilled cheese creamy (brie, camembert).
