Pinzellada means “Brush Stroke” in Catalan, and this Vegan friendly wine paints a unique picture. A blend of Macabeu and White Grenache, designed for easy drinking, this is a great food wine with citrus and minerality to the fore.
Excellent with light chicken dishes, risottos, grilled fish or seafood generally. As a 100% Vegan wine it pairs beautifully with hummus, vegetable lasagne or try it with a fig, pear and walnut salad.
