Red Burgundy Wine
Vinified wine and matured in oak barrels for about 15 months. Bright ruby, with a nose of red fruits. Silky and elegant on the palate, red fruits come rushing to the palate. On the nose lovely red fruits with a smack of vanilla from the oak that it is aged in.
Food Recommendation
A roast is ideal, as well as any type of beef or lamb.
