Domaine Delsol is golden with green glints. It offers a Fruity floral nose with hawthorn and lime tree fragrances. Lively, fresh with a good balance of acidity and rich fruit.

If you like muscles and oysters, this is a heavenly match. Or any fish dish or lighter meat dishes. A nice salty cheese like Neufchatel or Roquefort would make a great combo too.
